This privacy policy applies to the IDMerge BlueRed app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Zachary Mansfield (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

All operations are performed locally.
All .idmerge Import Packages are encrypted.
No cloud storage.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not automatically collect any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

The Application allows authorised staff users to import student information for school purposes. Any data imported in this way remains stored only on the device. The Service Provider has no access to this data, and no information is transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. All student or user data imported into the Application remains local to the device. The Service Provider does not collect or share any data with third parties.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can remove all imported data at any time by using the Application’s data management functions or by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling the Application will delete all imported data from the device.

Children

The Application is designed as a teacher utility and is not intended for use by students or children. While the Application may process student information when it is imported by authorised staff, this data remains entirely on the device and is not collected, transmitted, or shared by the Service Provider.

As the Application is distributed only to staff users within a school setting, it is not made available to children.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All student and user data handled by the Application remains stored locally on the device. The Application does not upload data to external servers or share it with third parties.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
